To be completely honest, I have no clue. It will just be the five of us… wow. It’s going to be such a change. The worst thing about them leaving other than the fact that they are gone, is that I know the other four juniors have friends outside of our group of nine. I really have no other great friends, I’m kinda scared.

I woke up this morning to the sound of crying coming from my parents bedroom. Right away I knew what had happened but I refused to believe it until the words were spoken to me. After about 10 minutes of being in bed my mom came into my room.
“Uncle David passed away this morning.”
Tears started gushing and she took me into her room where the family was mourning. My mom prayed for my aunt and for my grandparents who were with him when he died. He passed away very peacefully sitting in the hospital listening to his favorite trumpet player.
My family knew it was coming, he had gotten to the point where he could no longer walk. It was only a matter of time, but, none the less, my family was surprised by it completely.
One of the very tough things is that for health I am working on my assignments for January, and they all have to do with mourning and loss. For one of my assignments I had to write a condolence letter. I wrote it two days ago to my Aunt and now I really do have to use it. I still have three more assignments that have to do with loss and I have no idea how I am going to make it through.
I was looking back on my old parts of this post and I wanted to bring back something from part two:
So moral of the story is don’t take anyone for granted because even if you have had rough times with them, you will still miss them like crazy once they are gone.
I ask everyone to take this into their lives, I miss my Uncle so very much and I took him for granted. I regret it very much. To all my friends, in advance I am sorry if I snap at you these next few days.
They are cremating him and next summer they will sprinkle the ashes over the mountains in Leavenworth, WA. His favorite place to be.
